Terms and conditions

Booking, payments and cancellations

Payment is due in full at point of booking, your place will not be confirmed until payment is received. If you wish to cancel the course, you can do so within 7 days of the course start date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after this point will not be eligible for refund. If your baby arrives before the course starting, your monies will be refunded, or in the unlikely event the course is cancelled.

Fiona of LunaBear Birthing is an accredited teacher of KGHypnobirthing and is fully insured. All of the materials on the course are the property of Katharine Graves of KGHypnobirthing and subject to copyright law. Any materials including both written and audio may not be used for anything other than personal use.

Your midwife/consultant should remain your primary caregivers and should be the first point of call for any medical concerns you have during your pregnancy and labour.
